Train your arms at home with your body
If what we want is to train arm counting the tricep bicep and part of the shoulders at home. all we will need is a chair or a bench and a towel and our body.
as I have said on past occasions we are not going to lie in any way about what we can achieve with our training sessions in other words we will not give you false illusions
therefore this training is aimed at beginners without any experience in the subject
clarified this let's begin:
Arm exercises at home
Bottoms for tricep on the floor: in this exercise what you have to do is sit in the chair that we previously mentioned and put your hands on the upper edge of the chair and slowly lower yourself concentrating the attention on our tricep and shoulder.
Diamond push-ups: to concentrate work on the triceps, we can place the hands together, joining both index fingers and thumbs just below the trunk to perform push-ups
Biceps curl: with a towel, belt or rope, we step on it with both feet and hold the ends with both hands. Flexing the elbows we pull the object until it is fully stretched and hold the position for about 15 seconds, then rest and start again. We can do it with one arm each time this exercise for bicep and forearm.
